Truck Museum in Gysinge
In the
beautiful "Gysinge bruk" has Foundation "Svensk
Brandnostalgi" erected a larger museum building
where 30 fire engines and ambulances are now
displayed on the ground floor (approximately 1,000
sqm). In the other two planes are planned for
display Firemen's life.
The vehicles reflect developments in the 1930s to
the 1990s and several fire engines and ambulances
are often participates in Vintage Firecar rally in.
The museum have also hand-and steam-powered sprayers
and other major equipment.
Fire Truck Museum in Gysinge is particularly vibrant
through the newer fire trucks at the disposal of the
voluntary fire brigade, who was started from
the Foundation. Gysinge Fire represents an estimated
gain of Gästrike Rescue Association when they are in
the fire in forest fires in "Gästrikland" and
adjacent landscape.
